Course Description

An A+ course will equip you with basic skills to work as a computer technician and manage hardware infrastructure. LUKESH SHRESTHA The way of teaching is up to standard. The tutor was friendly and helpful. If the course would have been of 5 days, then it will let the student to have more practice. Even though I tried to my best to get sufficient knowledge but due to time restriction I found there are still some things that need to be get educated with. I enjoyed my course. Hope it will be of 5 days in future.

Olubusola Oke : The teaching standard is high, facilities are clean and tidy, staff are friendly and useful, I think it is necessary to upgrade of the state of the higher level requirement of the course, so as not to confuse the "learner" or the "teacher" I have found that although I know "how to" use a PC the course itself needs quite a deep understanding that I think reading the book alone, or even investigating on the net cannot aid. I therefore suggest and entry test of some kind can be designed.

Jonathan Shehan - (J) : Trainer was great and very knowledgeable.Great teaching technique and was always very helpful in answering any questions I may have.I would welcome him teaching me in the future. The facilities were generally excellent however a projector would have been beneficial to display any course material.Failing that a handout of materials would have helped - this would also mean notes could be added and taken away. Supplying of the course book and associated software for learning support was of great help.
